Three Mobile UK had a vision of creating a mobile app that would reward their customers once a week with offers, prize draws and more. I was hired as a contractor to lead the UX and interaction side of the program. Working with several internal and external dev teams as well as collaborating with two creative agencies we have delivered a MVP in only 6 months.

The process was very agile and iterative. I conducted research at the start and then every couple of months. I also conducted many user testing sessions as well as feature explorations. I also created personas which helped shaping the types of the offers we would show to our customers.

INITIAL RESEARCH

To kick off the project I have planned and conducted several days of qualitative research.

SKETCHES & WIREFRAMES

After the reasearch I started working on some sketched and eventually initial wireframes.

WUNTU PERSONAS

At the same time as working on wireframes I created personas based on the intial as well as some additional research.

MVP DESIGNS & TRANSITIONS

After series of user testing we finally started working on MVP designs and transitions.

IMPROVING RATING

After initial technical problems users have experiences with the first version,
we fixed the issues and wanted to improve the rating.

USER TESTING SESSIONS & EXPLORATIONS

I would run user testing with every new feature we were about to introduce.

PHASE 2 WIREFRAMES & DESIGNS

After successful MVP version the business wanted to start working on a second version.

TRANSITIONS

For the final version of designs I created some small transitions for development team.
